Participants in ALL events will be able to come get their swag bags

20 Burpee Sandbag Over Box

BUT OUT: 400m run/walk carrying your sand bag

RX Male Teams (150lb sand bag/50lb DB)
Scaled male Teams (100lb sand bag/35lb DB)

RX Female Teams (100lb sand bag/35lb DB)
Scaled Female Teams ( 70lb sand bag/20lbs DB)

Be sure to bring an extra bottle of water to dump over your head for a post workout shower and join us for the after party!!
